The staff of NASPS was selected from among the graduates of Egypt’s state higher educational institutions: Cairo and Alexandria universities, technical higher educational institutions.

The training of young NASPS employees was carried out from March 17 to August 1, 2019, in Russian with translation into Arabic, five working days a week, 4 hours daily per the latest standards, and lasted 56 working days 219 hours, an average of 48 listeners.

Total 10 512 people/hours.

Functional training was carried out, preparation and demonstration of specific topics by NASPS employees were practiced.

The training was conducted on the following subjects and topics:

glossary of terms

NASPS Code of Business Ethics

The concept of the 5S system (sorting, keeping order, keeping clean, standardizing, improving) for organizing and rationalizing the workplace

observance of safety measures, labor protection, secrecy regime, development of technological skills
