The production of paper

here represents a complete sequential cycle of technological processing of fibrous materials (cotton, flax, hemp), the primary raw material of paper production with wide use of chemicals and security elements of the world’s leading manufacturers to obtain finished products — paper base for banknotes or security blanks.

Two modern technological lines

have a total capacity of about 12,000 tons of banknote and security paper per year. Circular mesh paper machines can produce double-ply paper with wide (up to 6 mm) protective ribbons with various optical effects and durable paper grades. The machines’ cutting width is 1 800mm, the range for the weight of 1m2 of paper is 70—200.

Carefully selected and intelligently combined technologies have been introduced to maintain the most advanced protection and durability of paper products today. Technologies allow unleashing the full potential of security elements, flexibly adapt to changes in technical specifications, and ensure high manufacturability of products during their further sealing and post-printing processing.

The widespread use of process automation adds consistency and stability to the operation of the equipment.
