Independent industry of security printing, production of biometric identity documents, payment system cards, security paper production within the largest factory in the region has been established and launched in Egypt.
TURNKEY PROJECT CONSTRUCTION
All necessary measures were implemented in record time: starting from selecting a land plot, creating a comprehensive design project, connecting all the utility infrastructure networks (water, gas, internet, telephone, electricity, roads), and implementing carefully selected and swiftly combined technologies, up to commissioning all technological lines.
SECURITY PAPER PRODUCTION
The truly unique and technologically independent NASPS complex enables the production of security paper by virtue of its two modern paper machines, making the production complex the world’s most productive security paper factory.
HOLOGRAPHIC PRODUCTION
The complex incorporates its robust department for developing and replicating holographic products to protect identity documents, tax stamps, and document forms.
IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS PRODUCTION
Established by the Industrial Innovation Group complex has a full range of unique equipment for the production of electronic identity cards, passport blanks, and payment cards.
EXCISE STAMPS PRODUCTION
Specialists of Industrial Innovation Group installed the most automated equipment to produce paper and self-adhesive tax stamps, control, security labels, security paper blanks in sheets or rolls.
PERSONALIZATTION BUREAU
Personalization Bureau is fitted with an integrated system for the personalization of electronic documents such as e-ID cards and e-Passes and cards of the international payment systems.
DATA CENTER
Industrial Innovation Group built the first Data Center on the African continent, created based on a multidimensional solution under level 3 (Tier 3).
BIOMETRIC INFORMATION SYSTEM (BIS)
BIS today allows you to issue a passport for traveling abroad (e-Pass), an identification document (e-ID), a driver’s license (e-DL), a birth certificate (e-BC), or a death certificate (e-DC), student, teacher, and student ID.
PUBLIC KEY INFRASTRUCTURE (PKI)
The complex is intended to implement regulatory procedures and mechanisms for the functioning of the public key infrastructure for the system for the production and circulation of ICAO-compatible electronic identification documents.
APPLICATION CENTER
The Application Center is intended for the prompt provision of a range of services to the population for the registration and receipt of identification documents and carrying out registration procedures for vehicles.
SECURITY SYSTEMS
Industrial Innovation Group built an integrated turnkey security system and equipped the industrial complex with state-of-the-art physical and information security systems.
PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
Students and scientists of various specializations were prepared theoretically and practically to implement this project and continue working at the industrial complex.
